Every product on this site exists because running a real shop in a cash-on-delivery market made a gap obvious, and nothing available filled it.

How we got here

In the order it actually happened.

  1. 01

    We ran a shop on OpenCart for years

    A gifting business in Casablanca. Cash on delivery, Arabic and French customers, and a stock count that was never quite right.

  2. 02

    We paid a developer for things that should have been settings

    Every price rule, every delivery change, every seasonal layout. That is the experience that shaped what Agora treats as configuration.

  3. 03

    Cash on delivery was costing us more than anything else

    Refused parcels, twice the shipping, stock out of circulation. No platform treated it as a first-class problem because none of them were built where it matters.

  4. 04

    So we built the parts that were missing

    Then discovered that other merchants wanted them without wanting to replatform — which is why each product here is sold separately.
